Integrated mobility platform
We developed a highly scalable mobility platform that enables MTC to serve as an e-Mobility Service Provider in the market for electric vehicles. The innovative platform facilitates real-time communication with all of the available Charging Point Operators (CPOs) in The Netherlands. It is securely connected to the back-end system of MTC and includes a dashboard for monitoring the communication with the CPOs.

An intuitive design; Decrease time and Increase output.
Small or large, the store-side employees gained the power in their hands, via a handheld device. With a highly intuitive app, they could easily do the work with a pen or paper on them. From crates (emballage) administration, and stockroom to incidents onsite: ToDo, its easy-to-use interface, decreased time to use via step-by-step guidance on what is expected. While for management there was a desktop option to sign and check-out work with the same ease.

For the distribution centers, the ToDo app also became available for the option to count at random crates (emballage) from stores. This gave the opportunity to give feedback, as to improve on stacking, littering and other options to support future processes of the crates and more.

And finally for the Main Office, insights were gained. For example the information concerning emballage (crates), on how much is counted, where the leakage might be and the final balance overall.

Thanks to the success of the app and its processes, the store application expanded into incident reporting on the floor, where employees can easily enter what happened with a dynamic form specially created for them. This was connected with their security partner, so the communication and administration were faster and better reported.
